Sarah Skillin
Sarah has been the long-time face of the business. Leaving city life behind to launch EquiConsulting to fulfill a long help dream of combining business and an equestrian passion.
With a focus on business and event consulting, social media and PR, Sarah enjoys a mixed diary working with key athletes, international events and select brands.
Eventing has been her passion for many years, however an interest in dressage and showjumping is starting to take over.
Sarah likes to work with her athlete clients on a full management basis, being with them at events and fully supporting every step of their career.

PIPPIE POLSON
Pippie has been with EquiConsulting for over 3-years, and was a former international event rider and Head of Brand for a leading European saddle brand.
She loves to talk on the phone and build relationships with clients, sponsors and partners. Developing new sponsorships and maximising existing relationships.
Along with supporting the wider sponsorship conversations for all EquiConsulting clients, Pippie is the main Athlete Manager for Tom McEwen and Piggy March, and manages the ambassador riders for Voltaire Design.
ASSISTANT
LUCY ABBOTT
Initially joining as an “Intern” following a chance meeting at the annual BEMA Awards, Lucy has grown within the role and supports both Sarah and Pippie with social media management and copywriting.
A love for TikTok (and Chickens), Lucy works on a number of client accounts developing their social engagement.
Recently Lucy has taken on the Assistant Press Officer role at Osberton International, allowing Sarah to run Little Downham Regional Championships at the same time.
OFFICE MANAGER
GEMMA PUDNEY
Gemma supports with accounts and admin, keeping client accounts in check and generally chasing the girls for expense receipts.
